middle-aged, dead, not from this time or place. he's a fictive but doesn't like to talk about it. axel has been around for a long time, and doesn't speak outside the system much, actually, he doesn't speak inside the system much, either. not really a people person, to say the least, but has a few friends he will open up to and a partner (in-system) who he is very much devoted to.
